Walker Engineering is a true ‘bootstrap’ business. The company was founded in 1981 by Charlie Walker while sitting at his kitchen table. The core beliefs established at that time still resonate throughout the company today – work hard, do the best you can do, and develop the best people. Charlie came from humble beginnings and instead of simply searching for the American Dream he built it from the ground up. Walker Engineering believes that our employees should be given an opportunity to achieve that same dream for themselves and their families.
