Originally founded by Roger Gross and Dale Fowler—hence the name RoDale—the business built a strong reputation for reliable, community-focused electrical work. In 2025, long-time team member DJ Buschman took ownership of Rodale Electric LLC after working with the company for over eight years. DJ brings hands-on experience, deep knowledge of the trade, and a passion for continuing the tradition of quality service and customer care that the company was built on.
