Lacmore Electric was founded by Luke Moreno and his wife Crystal Moreno. Luke has been an electrician for 15 years. Five of those years were spent in the joint apprenticeship program as an apprentice electrician. The following ten years were spent as a journeymen wiremen. Luke also served in the United States Marine Corp from 2003-2011. Luke and Crystal reside in Bakersfield, CA.
