  “I had American Electric bid a job along with 4 other electrictions. His bid was less then most. I awarded him the job and he completed it quickly and in less then the timeframe he told me. He completely cleaned up his mess and gave me the bill. It was less than the bid!!! I asked him about it, and he stated that he found a better deal on some parts and the labor didn't take him as long as he bid it as well. So he did not feel right gouging me.”
